Meet the Doctors

Dr. Annette Cronauer and Dr. Richard MacDonald have been helping people live pain free since 1997 in their clinic in Altoona, PA. As chiropractors with experience, they are committed to promoting health and living a life drug free.  Dr. Cronauer and Dr. MacDonald both attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, the birth place of chiropractic.  Dr. Cronauer graduated Cum Laude from Saint Francis College in Loretto, PA  where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications with a minor in  biology.  While attending chiropractic school, Dr. Cronauer was a member of Sigma Phi Chi, a professional chiropractic sorority known for it's support of women in chiropractic.  Dr. MacDonald graduated Magna Cum Laude from Palmer College, was a Presidential Scholar, and was also a member of the prestigious Pi Tau Delta honorary fraternity for outstanding academic performance.  Dr. Cronauer and Dr. MacDonald have really enjoyed being able to work as a team to help the people of Altoona become pain-free naturally.

Dr. Cronauer and Dr. MacDonald not only serve the community through chiropractic, but are also involved through their four children.  When they are not in the office, they enjoy spending time with their children, and they are both avid Pittsburgh Penguins fans!

Dr.  Laura Bell and Dr. TJ Clayton also graduated from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.  Dr. Bell had the unique experience of traveling to India while she was in chiropractic school.  She was part of a group of chiropractic students that treated thousands of underserved people in India.  Her interest in foreign travel led her to an assistant position to the Director of the Clinic Abroad programs at Palmer where she was instrumental in organizing trips to India, Fiji, Vietnam, Brazil, and Morocco.  After graduating chiropractic school, Dr. Bell practiced in the North Hills of Pittsburgh for a year.  She has experience as a family practioner and has seen patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric and has had a lot of success working with pregnant women.  Dr. Clayton is a graduate of Holidaysburg High School.  He continued his undergraduate study at West Virginia University.   One of Dr. Clayton's best experiences in chiropractic school was being able to take part in Palmer's Outreach Clinic where he got to see a wide variety of cases and helped the underserved population in Davenport.   Dr. Clayton practiced in Washington, PA for a year following graduation from chiropractic school.  He has seen a wide variety of cases but has a special interest in sports injuries.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Bell and Dr. Clayton enjoy a wide variety of outdoor activities, traveling, and cooking.  They have two children of the canine variety which they enjoy spending time with.  They are both active members of the Blair County Chamber of Commerce.
